Manchester United manager Ralf Rangnick has praised Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel for the excellent job he has done at Chelsea so far.

Tuchel has been tremendous since taking over at Stamford Brige after Frank Lampard’s sacking. He masterminded a turn-around in the Blues fortunes to help Chelsea finish fourth place in the league last season (Chelsea were 9th upon his appointment), before also guiding the Blues to win the Champions League.

More so, the West Londoners have made a great start to this season as well, having lost just two of our opening 15 top flight matches and are massively in the race for the title, while also already qualifying for the next round of the Champions League with a group game against Zenit St Petersburg in hand.

Red Devils Boss Rangnick, has admitted that he can’t achieve what Tuchel has done in such a short time.

“To do what Thomas [Tuchel] did in four months at Chelsea was incredible,” he said.

“If anyone had told Marina [Granovskaia] or Roman [Abramovich] what would happen or they had looked into a crystal ball to see what would happen in the next four months…incredible.

“To win the Champions League, finish fourth in the league, and now be towards the top of the league with almost the same players, is a big achievement. I am not sure I can say that things will develop in the same way for me at Manchester United.”
