According to Fichajes via Daily Mail, Italian side AC Milan are looking to strengthen their squad in January by signing Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech.

The report claims AC Milan, who are four points behind Serie A leaders Inter Milan, are keen on signing Ziyech on loan in January.

The report also adds that Chelsea are open to letting the 28-year-old leave in January, despite his recent upturn in performances.

Milan are poised to swoop but it is unclear whether Chelsea will insist on an obligation to buy in any negotiations.
