Chelsea star Hakim Ziyech lasted just 30 minutes on the pitch against Watford, and 12 minutes to his introduction was enough for him to score the winning goal.
With the game tied at 1-1, Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel decided to bring on Ziyech on the hour mark, and the Moroccan made an impact by scoring just after 12 minutes to seal a 2-1 win for Chelsea.
Speaking after the game, Ziyech who has been in fine form of late, said that the coach actually brought him on that purpose.
“This is one of the reasons why the coach brought me on so I have to be happy to score that decisive goal,” he said.
“It was a difficult game from the beginning, not easy from the first minute, and it was not our best day but the most important thing is we got three points. All the other stuff is better to forget.”
Chelsea’s next game is against West Ham on Saturday, and Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel is aiming for another victory for this game.
