Chelsea played out a 2-2 draw with Liverpool at Stamford Bridge on Sunday evening, and it was a thrilling encounter between the two sides.
Chelsea had to come from two goals down to draw level with the Reds, with all four goals coming in the first half.
Mateo Kovacic scored the first goal for Chelsea in the 42nd minute, and it was Pulisic who scored the leveller in the final minutes of the first half.
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel was pleased with Pulisic’s performance, but he believes the American can do better with his finishing, having missed a one on one chance with the Liverpool goalkeeper six minutes into the game.
Pulisic’s performance at full-time, Tuchel told Chelsea TV: “Still room for improvement.
“I know him even better [he can be] more clinical, more precise. How to find a way out of this little hole [is] with games like this, with goals like this. This is it.
“He was strong, he helped in the end as a defender, and was a huge step up front for him today.”
