Chelsea are through to the final of the Carabao Cup after a 3-0 aggregate victory over London rivals Tottenham.
Chelsea defeated Spurs 2-0 in the first leg at Stamford Bridge last week and beat the north London side 1-0 on their own turf to seal a final date in Wembley.
Liverpool legend Jamie Redknapp has blamed goalkeeper Pierluigi Gollini and believes that Chelsea won the two-legged tie over defensive mistakes.
Antonio Conte had opted to start Pierluigi Gollini in goal ahead of first choice goalkeeper Hugo Lloris, and Gollini made an error as he came for the corner but got nowhere near the ball for Antonio Rudiger’s headed goal.
Reacting to Chelsea’s victory, Jamie Redknapp said: “For all Chelsea’s dominance in both games so far, the three goals Spurs have conceded so far have been diabolical really,’ former Tottenham midfielder Redknapp said.
“Not good enough, they’ve not pressed enough, not been good enough in their organisation and the goalkeeper I think has just got to take responsibility for that one there.”
