Thomas Tuchel guided Chelsea to the Champions League final and FA Cup final last season, but the Blues could only win the Champions League.

Chelsea’s successful cup run has continued, as the Blues are through to the final of the Carabao Cup after beating Tottenham 3-0 over two legs.

This marks the sixth year in a row Chelsea will be playing a final in Wembley, and Tuchel has reacted positively to it. Tuchel has called it a gift and also believes that it’s one the club has worked hard for.

The Chelsea boss said: “It’s good we are not shy to say we want to be finalists and win finals, but we cannot simply expect to win every title that’s available, we shouldn’t be arrogant.

“We enjoy that we play for an ambitious club. This is a gift. The club sharpens the mentality of the players. This is nothing you can invent from one day to the other. This is a long process. We are all competitive, so we are doing our best and this is what the club demands.”

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
