Frank Lampard has a difficult task at hand, as his side Everton are currently facing a difficult relegation battle.

Everton are currently 18th in the league, two points adrift safety, and he has been mandated to save Everton from going down.

However, the odds are not in his favour, with so many difficult games left until the end of the season.

Ahead of facing Chelsea on Sunday, Lampard was asked if he would stay at Everton if they’re relegated,  but the Chelsea legend avoided the question.

“I don’t want to get drawn on that question,” he replied.

“But what I will say is I’ve loved every minute of being at this club.

“I’ve been welcomed incredibly well by the fans and I will do everything to get this club back to where I want it to be.”
