Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger has been linked with a move to Real Madrid, and Fabrizio Romano has now confirmed that everything about the deal has been finalised.
Rudiger has signed a 4-year contract with Real Madrid until 2026.
According to the report, the official confirmation will only come at the end of the season, as Rudiger wants to be respectful towards Chelsea and end the season with the team strongly.
Another annoying deal is Manchester City’s announcement of long-time Chelsea target Erling Haaland.
Manchester City confirmed the deal via an official club statement: “Manchester City can confirm we have reached an agreement in principle with Borussia Dortmund for the transfer of striker Erling Haaland to the Club on 1st July 2022.
“The transfer remains subject to the Club finalising terms with the player.”
Surely, Chelsea fans won’t be pleased to see Rudiger leave the club, and Haaland signing for our rivals is another annoying sight.
Indeed, Todd Boehly has a lot of work to do this summer.
