Chelsea are away to Everton at the Goodison Park, but Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante won’t play this game.

Speaking ahead of the game, Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has said that N’Golo Kante is out with injury he sustained against Manchester United last Thursday.

Tuchel said: “He went off at Old Trafford after 80 minutes and still has pain. It’s a minor injury. Hopefully he is back in the next match, but not today.”

Ruben Loftus-Cheek has come in for N’Golo Kante who is not in the squad, and Mateo Kovacic is also back in the squad and is on the bench for this game.

See the team Tuchel chose for this game:

Chelsea starting XI: Mendy; Azpilicueta (c), ThiagoSilva, Rudiger, James, Loftus-Cheek, Jorginho, Alonso, Mount, Havertz, Werner.

Subs: Kepa, Chalobah, Sarr, Kovacic, Saul, Kenedy, Pulisic, Ziyech, Lukaku.
