Can Gabriel Jesus make it at Chelsea? See what Thierry Henry has to say

Manchester City star Gabriel Jesus is set to leave City this summer, following their signing of Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund.

The Brazilian international has been linked with a summer move to Chelsea and Arsenal, and City are believed to be keen on selling.

Thomas Tuchel wants a mobile striker at the club, and Chelsea fans would be wondering whether Jesus would fit in.

However, Arsenal legend Thierry Henry has revealed just how much of an impact Jesus can make.

The former Premier League icon told CBS Sports of Gabriel Jesus back in April: “What he can give offensively to the team [is something I really like]. We saw that he scored four goals at the weekend [vs Watford].

“When he is in the box, he’s one of the three that is playing, or since [Sergio] Aguero left, he has that [number] nine instinct. He has what the number nine would smell.

“What I like with him is that he puts pressure, whether it’s on the left, on the right or in the middle. He doesn’t have a problem to defend in those situations by coming back and helping his team.”

Do you support a move for Jesus?

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
